Today we...
Wrote. Please see our writing prompt below. Mrs. Hopkins checked us off on our Holden personality writing chunks. We compiled our Holden adjectives on the board, and came up with quite the list. We discussed Holden as an unreliable narrator: he will not just come out and tell us exactly what is going on. We will need to work extra hard to figure out the real story and "read between the line." Although he is honest with his opinions about the world around him, he is very protective of his motives and secretive about his circumstances. We began reading Chapter 3 aloud. Please finish reading this for homework, and come up with five new adjectives to describe Holden, now that we've seen him interact with his peers. NOTE: TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT THE FIRST FOUR COMPONENTS OF THE JULIUS CAESAR ESSAY:
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ALL OF THESE PARTS SUBMITTED SOMETIME TOMORROW YOU WILL RECEIVE A ZERO FOR THE ESSAY.
