Received our copies of the novel we will be reading during our next unit: All Quiet on the Western Front. We will start reading next week after we finish our Antigone essay. Delved deeper into our essay assignment, looking at the format requirements, as well as paragraph content. Then we worked on developing a thesis statement, and two to three topic sentences, depending on how we chose to organize our paragraphs. HOMEWORK: Please study for the vocabulary quiz tomorrow.
